Fit and Fabulous Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken breast meat (I like Kirkland's canned chicken for this.)
- 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup chopped celery or freeze dried celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or freeze dried chopped onions
- 2 Tbs light mayo
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp stevia in the raw
- 2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine chicken, grapes, celery and onions in a bowl.
- In a smaller bowl combine mayo, yogurt, stevia and Worcestershire sauce.
- Fold the mayo mixture into the chicken mixture. Eat right away or chill until serving.
- Makes 2 servings.
